Practice management - Key features

The design of the practice management provides a flexible environment for managing client focused tasks. The number of clients, chargeable staff and types of work that can be handled by even the single PC Pinacle system (Pinacle-Lite) is unlimited.

In line with other modules of Pinacle, data entry for each application is through a single point and has ‘field locking’ facilities to optimise the number of key strokes required from the user.

The flexibility of data includes multiple levels of charge-out rate, for example and the database allows interrogation of client data at all levels eg: time sheet entries that have been fee’d off, fees ledger items that have been invoiced, previous year data etc.
