Payroll - Integration

PayrollPinacle payroll is integrated with other modules of Pinacle to save time in data entry: you only enter client data once.

Employee and company details are common between payroll and P11Ds. Payroll is also linked to the book-keeping nominal ledger (optionally) to create nominal postings for the payroll. This integration saves time and eradicates transcription errors.

Time is also saved by:

  • Simple correction of errors and mistakes.
  • Data entry which simultaneously calculates net pay as data is entered, so highlighting mistakes.
  • Pop-up windows of employees, additions, deductions for quick and simple choice of data.
  • Gross from net option.
