Pinacle payroll software is unique in its design, to accommodate the requirements of accountants operating a bureau service as well as companies running their own payroll. Like other parts of Pinacle, payroll data is stored in a comprehensive database which may contain many years (up to 99) of data. This feature enables payroll reports to be produced spanning tax years for the purposes of obtaining information corresponding to the company’s financial year.

It also has the advantage that corrections to an employee’s pay can be made in the current and previous pay periods very easily, with no requirement to resort to back-ups and no requirement to key in other employee’s data which hasn’t changed.

Requests to produce duplicate payslips or reports for previous pay periods or tax years are easily accommodated.

The integration of payroll with taxation ensures that employee data is only entered once.
