Book-keepingThe book-keeping suite integrates with the accounts package by exporting a snap-shot of the nominal ledger trial balance at the year end. The separation of the book-keeping and year end accounts options enables the book-keeping to continue after the year end with no impact on the year end accounts. The year end accounts can also be finalised and during their preparation no modifications affect the book-keeping. However, when the accounts have been finalised, the opening balance in the book-keeping can be corrected or replaced to reflect changes made in the accounts preparation.

Also, the payroll system can optionally integrate with the book-keeping nominal ledger to automate postings as a result of processing each payroll period.

Client data is of course integrated so that standard client information is common.
