Book-keepingPinacle book-keeping software keeps a powerful database of sales, purchase and nominal ledger data to allow quick and easy batch data entry and flexible reporting.


The book-keeping suite consists of the following applications:

  • Sales ledger
  • Purchase ledger
  • Nominal ledger
  • Management accounts

All ledger data is stored in a comprehensive database which can be used to extract and filter reports for management and control purposes.

Book-keeping integrates with other modules of Pinacle to save time in data entry and eliminate transcription errors. The book-keeping data is held in a separate ledger to the accounts ledger allowing book-keeping to continue after the year end, whilst accounts are finalised. Any resulting changes applied in creating the year end accounts can then be applied to the book-keeping when known.
