Products - Pinacle Lite

Pinacle Accounts Pinacle-Lite is the version of the software, which is designed for use on a stand-alone PC either in the office or away from the office eg: at a client site. Despite this, the software contains a complete set of fully integrated facilities, allowing the sole practitioner all of the benefits and efficiencies available in the larger networked version Pinacle-Enterprise.

Pinacle-Lite consists of accounts production for sole traders and partnerships together with personal and partnership tax and client overview, all fully integrated. The client overview provides a snap-shot of a client’s data (click to view) with ‘drill downs’ supporting detail eg: tax liability to tax computation to earnings history. This is especially useful when reviewing client work for background when conversing with the client or Inland Revenue.

This product may be expanded to include the following options:

  • Limited companies for accounts and tax
  • Practice management, which consists of time recording, fees ledger and client management
  • Bureau payroll
  • Bureau book-keeping

No restrictions

The licence to use the software puts no restriction on the number of clients that can be processed in any module. Further, there is no restriction on the number of staff that may be processed in practice management or the number of employees that may be processed in payroll.
